2. Unopened return for personal reasons: 4% transaction fee.
3. Opened but unused return: 4% transaction fee + logistics fee + 4% handling fee.
4. Opened and used return: 4% transaction fee + logistics fee + 10% handling fee.
5. Missing returned accessories or packaging: the corresponding amount is deducted from the refund according to official material pricing.
