1. If an order is canceled before the product has actually shipped, a 4% platform transaction fee is charged according to the source policy.
2. If AIRSEEKERS fails to ship within the promised period and the customer therefore cancels, no fee is charged.
3. If the product has already shipped, the order cannot be directly canceled. AIRSEEKERS will attempt to intercept the shipment. If interception fails, the customer must receive the product and follow the return process; round-trip logistics and applicable handling fees are borne by the customer under this policy.
