1. Applicable channels: products ordered only from the AIRSEEKERS official website and EU/DE direct-operated overseas sites. Returns from authorized offline dealers are governed by the dealer's local policy.
2. Timing: submit the request within 30 calendar days beginning the day after receipt. A request may be made if any of the following applies:
(1) The device is brand-new and not activated; outer packaging, manual, all original accessories, and gifts are complete; there are no dents/scratches; and resale is not affected.
(2) An original hardware defect occurs within 30 days and cannot be resolved through official repair or upgrade.
(3) The product arrives damaged or original accessories are missing and clear photo evidence is provided.
3. The device must remain in its original condition without customer-caused damage, with all original accessories and complete original packaging.
