Any of the following may exclude the device/accessory from the 3-year free warranty and make repair chargeable:
1. Non-AIRSEEKERS hardware/software even if sold together with an AIRSEEKERS product.
2. Other AIRSEEKERS-branded hardware/software that is not a robotic lawn mower.
3. Unauthorized modifications.
4. Normal wear of parts such as blades, fan blades, cutting discs, bumpers, ground stakes, tools, and accessories.
5. Damage caused by installation, use, or operation not in accordance with the manual.
6. Performance degradation, failure, or damage caused by failure to follow official cleaning/maintenance requirements.
7. Damage caused by third-party components, improper accessories, or parts used outside their intended design.
8. Personal/accidental damage including foreign-object impact, dropping, or other accidents.
9. Water damage caused by improper washing, such as high-pressure cleaning or immersion.
10. Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and breakage.
11. Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, traffic accidents, or other uncontrollable events.
12. Defects caused by normal wear or aging.
13. Damage caused by improper use/storage of battery packs, chargers, or charging stations.
14. Product labels or serial numbers removed or altered.
15. Failure to send the relevant item within seven days after warranty service is confirmed by AIRSEEKERS.
16. Inability to provide valid proof of purchase, or forged/altered documents.
