The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product.
36-month (3-year) free-warranty components: drive-wheel motor, mowing motor, VIO vision module, main PCBA, charging station, RTK station, and bumper, subject to the warranty conditions.
Battery pack: 24 months (2 years). Within two years, if discharge testing shows capacity below 60%, there is no external-force damage or improper charging/discharging, and an inherent quality failure occurs within 800 cycles, the battery may be replaced free of charge. Damage caused by improper maintenance during long-term storage is excluded.
Wear parts without free warranty: cutting disc, cutting-disc protective strip, caster wheel, blades, and drive tires. Normal wear or impact damage requires paid replacement.
Gifts and promotional accessories: no warranty.
4G SIM data: valid for 12 months from activation and includes two months of basic data according to the source. When data is exhausted, connectivity stops. Any remaining data expires after 12 months and renewal/recharge is required.
