Eligible examples include verified carrier damage supported by official carrier documentation, an incorrect model/accessory/promotional gift shipped by the seller, or an original hardware fault confirmed by official inspection without customer-caused damage.
Exchange process: email the order number, SN, and fault/shipping-damage evidence -> obtain an approved RMA and return address -> restore the device to factory settings and return it with all original accessories in the original box -> after warehouse inspection, a replacement machine is shipped within 3-5 business days and tracking is provided by email.
